Independent Social Worker Supervisor
AFLH is seeking an LISW-S to support our residential mental health programs. Responsibilities include clinical supervision, diagnostic assessments, treatment plan oversight, and ensuring compliance.
NP / PMHNP
Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
Provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and treatment planning for youth and adult programs.
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
REGISTERED NURSE (RN)
Provide clinical nursing support through assessments, medication oversight, and collaboration with the treatment team.
CASE MANAGER
Key Duties Include:
✔ Conducting assessments & care plans
✔ Enrolling youth in school
✔ Creating monthly activity calendars
✔ Assisting with group counseling
✔ Medication support
✔ Transporting youth to appointments
✔ Logging daily behaviors
DIRECT SUPPORT STAFF
Key Duties Include:
✔ Supporting daily routines
✔ Administering medications
✔ Preparing meals
✔ Transporting youth to appointments
✔ Maintaining cleanliness
✔ Engaging in group activities
