Organizational Overview

AFLH is an Ohio-licensed residential and certified behavioral health provider serving adults and adolescents.

The organization operates structured residential programs and a certified behavioral health agency offering outpatient treatment, residential treatment, day treatment, and case management services.

All services are delivered in accordance with Ohio Department of Behavioral Health regulations, Ohio Administrative Code requirements, and CARF accreditation standards.

AFLH integrates residential structure with clinical services through defined regulatory scope and individualized service planning.

Our Service Model

AFLH operates under two coordinated service areas:

Residential Programs

 

  • Adult Residential Support

  • Adolescent Residential Treatment


These programs provide structured living environments with supervised support and coordination of behavioral health services when applicable.

Residential programs operate within defined licensure standards and are not inpatient hospital facilities.

Behavioral Health Agency Services

  • Outpatient Treatment

  • Day Treatment

  • Case Management


Behavioral health services are delivered by appropriately credentialed professionals operating within scope of licensure and certification.

Services are based on clinical assessment, documented medical necessity, and individualized treatment planning.

Regulatory Compliance

AFLH is licensed and/or certified by the Ohio Department of Behavioral Health.
