Organizational Overview
AFLH is an Ohio-licensed residential and certified behavioral health provider serving adults and adolescents.
The organization operates structured residential programs and a certified behavioral health agency offering outpatient treatment, residential treatment, day treatment, and case management services.
All services are delivered in accordance with Ohio Department of Behavioral Health regulations, Ohio Administrative Code requirements, and CARF accreditation standards.
