RESIDENT REFERRAL AND INCENTIVES

Refer a Resident to AFLH Group Homes

We deeply value our partnerships with caseworkers, social service agencies, and family members who are dedicated to finding safe, supportive homes for individuals in need. Our streamlined referral process ensures that placing residents in one of our comfortable and caring group homes is simple and efficient.

Referral Process:

  • Complete the Referral Form: Provide the resident’s basic information, including any specific care needs or services required, to help us understand how we can best support them.

  • Eligibility Review: Our intake team will review the referral and reach out to you within 24 hours to discuss next steps, including any necessary clarifications.

  • Resident Placement: Once approved, we will schedule a facility tour or, if appropriate, arrange for immediate placement to ensure the resident’s transition is smooth and timely.

Referral Incentives:

Caseworkers, families, and community organizations who refer residents to AFLH may qualify for referral bonuses or discounted stays at our short-term rental homes. If the resident gets approved and moves in, you’ll be eligible to receive these incentives. Contact us for more details.
